Valleywide Leak Detection is owned and run by one Phoenix family, working out of South 36th Drive. We find water that is going where it should not, and we put it right.
Who we are
One family, doing the work itself
There is no call centre in the middle of this. You reach the business, and the person who answers is the person who will be looking at your pool or your yard.
Valleywide Leak Detection is a family owned and operated Phoenix business. It is registered in Arizona under that name, it is bonded and insured, and it works the Phoenix valley from a yard on South 36th Drive in south Phoenix.
Every conversation can happen in English or in Español — not just the greeting, but the part where somebody explains what is actually wrong with your pool and what the options are.
What we are not is a general plumbing outfit that also owns a listening stick. Finding leaks is the whole job, which is why the equipment is what it is and why we would rather test twice than open ground once on a guess.

Leak detection and leak repair is all we do
This is the most useful thing we can tell you before you call, and the thing most websites in this trade leave vague.
We find hidden water leaks and we repair the leaks we find. Pools and spas first and foremost — shell, skimmer, light niche, returns and buried plumbing — then irrigation and drip systems, slab leaks under the house, buried supply lines, water mains, and a water bill that has climbed with no explanation.
Leak detection and leak repair is all we do. We are not a general plumbing company — no sewer work, no gas lines, no water heaters, no drain cleaning, no fixture or appliance installs. If it is not a leak, we will tell you that too.
That list is not us being modest. It is the reason we are worth calling for the thing we do: a company whose whole day is leaks builds up a different set of instincts from one that fits water heaters in the morning and looks for a leak in the afternoon. If you call us with something outside that list, you will get told so rather than sold something.
What that looks like on a job
- We test before we touch anything. Pressure testing, acoustic listening, dye tracing, thermal imaging and line tracing, in whatever order the property calls for.
- We show you the spot. You get shown where the water is going and told what is happening there, before anything is opened up.
- Then we repair it — and the opening is only as big as the fix requires. Indoors this matters especially: a post-tension slab must not be cut without proper assessment, which is exactly why pinpointing accurately is the job.
- We clean up. The yard goes back the way we found it.
No arrival promises
You will not find a response-time claim anywhere on this site. We are a small family business, not a fleet, and an arrival window we cannot keep is worse than no arrival window at all. Call or text and you will be told the truth about when we can be there.
Where we work
Based in Phoenix, working the valley
South 36th Drive is the yard. The work runs from Buckeye to Mesa and Anthem to Chandler, and the whole list is written out town by town.
The Valley is not one kind of house. Encanto and Willo are mid-century with galvanized steel in the ground; Laveen and Buckeye are almost entirely this century, with PEX and fittings to match; Arcadia, the Biltmore area and parts of Tempe and Mesa are flood irrigated, where the pipe past the delivery gate belongs to the homeowner rather than to the utility. Knowing which one you are standing in changes where we look first.
